BPCS users across multiple industry types have been using GTA since 1997 for their export documentation. Typically they used GTA Connect, the desktop version of GTA, interfaced with BPCS, to create SITPRO style documents, submit Intrastat returns and NES Submissions for Customs clearance.
In recent years, BPCS users have opted for GTA Online, the subscription based service, which receives data from BPCS to create and manage the export data needed for export documents and electronic services. The online service has the added benefit of being able to share data with Customers, Agents and Distributors to provide 24/7 access to information about their export shipments.

i2i have been working with Exel Computer Systems since 1996 providing export documentation systems for a large number of their manufacturing customers. Exel Computer Systems chose i2i to work with them because of our innovative approach to intefacing with EFACS to provide host driven solutions which eliminated the need to re-key data.
i2i continue with their innovative approach to export administration, and more recently EFACS customers have chosen GTA Online, i2i's subscription based service which is continually kept up to date with the latest statutory requirements. i2i have worked with a number or Oracle customers to provide them with sophisticated export administration functionality. Data created in Oracle during the order management process, can be sent to GTA where it is used as the basis to create export shipment data.
Each shipment is managed in GTA using profiles for customers, product types and countries shipped to, in order to provide the correct export documents, based on SITPRO formats. The data is also used for electronic submissions to Customs for NES clearance, to e-Cert to obtain certified Certificates of Origin online, and for the creation and submission of Intrastat returns.

Whichever version of Sage you use, we can take the data relating to your international shipments and manage it in GTA. Generally invoice data is extracted using the Sage ODBC drivers and is sent to GTA to ensure the export function is driven by Sage.
The Sage data is consolidated in GTA as international shipments for which export documents can be produced, certified documents can be applied for and Customs Clearance obtained. And once the administration is done, your customers can be given access to collect their own documents.

i2i has worked with many SAP customers to provide sophisticated export functionality driven by their SAP systems. This enables industry specific documents and services to be used without the need to re-key information. Generally the interface with SAP is an IDOC message which is then read into the i2i software.
At the simplest level the SAP data can be sent to i2i's online service, eliminating the need to install any additional software in-house. The data is held as an export shipment, and the service manages export documents, sends data to Customs and other services and enables data sharing with other parties to the shipment. The service is kept up to date with latest regulatory requirements such as the ECS Customs system which is due to go live in the UK from 1st July 2009.

i2i was originally selected by Solarsoft (formerly SSI) in 2001 as their partner for supplying export document solutions for their customers. i2i has worked with the company ever since and has supplied GTA Connect and GTA Net customised for individual customer requirements, and more recently GTA Online, the online service to which TROPOS data can be sent. GTA Online is continually updated to meet the latest regulations and there is no requirement to install additional software in-house.
The GTA software manages export documents to SITPRO standards, submits data to e-Cert to obtain certified Certificates of Origin online, and sends data to NES (National Export System) for Customs Clearance. In addition, access to export shipments in GTA Online can be given to customers to enable them to collect their own documents.
